Can I return an item if I’ve changed my mind?
Yes, we accept returns within 28 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
How do I return an item?
To start a return, please contact us at laura@frillstudio.com where we’ll guide you through the process and provide the return address and any necessary instructions.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
What if I received a faulty or incorrect item?
We’re sorry about that! Please contact us as soon as possible with a photo of the issue and your order number.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-10 business days. The funds will be returned to your original payment method.
Can I exchange an item?
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
What happens if I return an item after the 28-day window?
Returns received after the 28-day period may not be eligible for a refund. If accepted, we may offer a store credit instead, at our discretion.
